Due to structural reorganisation, our client is looking to recruit a Production Manager, whose main purpose will be providing an effective and safe making process, that assists in contributing towards the profit*cost improvements to their site, you will also be responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency availability to laid down standards of output and quality by providing an effective service including process, staff and managerial, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. It is essential that you possess strong leadership*man-management qualities, along with a proven track record in continuous improvement activities encompassing Kaizen, Kanban, JIT and 5S, quality awareness in ISO14001 & ISO9001 within a FMCG environment.
